Triple Medal Management Consulting close corporation (TMMC) has been established since 2006 June to date. 

This background will outline or give an overview of project management and what TMMC approach to project management is:

Our projects are temporal in nature, while operations are ongoing. Projects have definitive start dates and definitive end dates. The project is completed when the goals and objectives of the projects are accomplished. Operations involve work that is continuous without an ending date and often repeat the same process.

There are 3 areas in which our project management approach can be explained i.e. Time, Cost and Quality. Our stance at TMMC with this model is to show that project management is designed to manage or control company resources on a given activity, within time, cost and quality/performance. On any given project time; time, cost and quality are constraints on the project. Therefore for any customer, the project has a forth constraint being good customer relations. We therefore believe that a successful project occurs when we have exceeded or met the customer expectations of the stakeholders.

EVENTS MANAGEMENT – Our level of expertise when involved with managing events is an excellent one, hence our name speaks for itself i.e. Tripe Medal (we are timely, dedicated and achievers. The overall planning and organization play a vital role in the end results and success of the event. We believe that success is achieved through planning and implementation of the plans to ensure that customer’s event(s) is/are the best you have ever held. The most important factor is that we work to understand your business, industry and design your product launch events to effectively and efficiently communicate your message.
